Where all the focus has been on the World Cup in Russia, this year’s Tour De France has pretty much snuck up on us from nowhere.  The Tour De France Betting Odds market is likely to be an interesting one in 2018, especially with all the spotlight on Chris Froome and TeamSky in the run-up to the start of this year’s race.

We’ve held off on giving an update on the cycling betting odds that we posted pre-race with the full market until the race had got to the end of today’s Stage 9 before we head into Stage 10 of the 21 stage race.

Pre Race Tour De France Betting was as follows (excluding Chris Froome)

Tom Dumoulin – 5/1
Vincenzo Nibali – 6/1
Romain Bardet – 11/1
Geraint Thomas – 13/1
Alejandro Valverde – 14/1
Rigoberto Uran – 14/1

It will be interesting to see how the race unfolds as it heads up into the mountains, with an opportunity to look at the likes on Quintana and Dumoulin edging towards the win, both looking fantastic value at this stage of the race.
