This morning saw the announcement that Aitor Karanka has asked to be released from his contract as manager of Nottingham Forest. The rumours have been circulating for weeks, with speculation already around Karanka leaving his position due to player unrest and tension with the directors of the club. Therefore the Nottingham Forest Next Manager Betting market comes into play again with many managers currently out of work, but also a fair few Nottingham Forest legends seemingly a suitable fit for the role. With Karanka leaving his job, it will also be interesting to see where the former Middlesbrough manager ends up, having previously taken them out of the Championship back into the Premier League. The obvious link of Nigel Clough, son of club legend Brian Clough, returning to the club, but he currently sees his Burton Albion in the semi finals 2nd leg (albeit on the end of a 9-0 drubbing in the first leg by Man City).
